If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact the sales office on (+44)01224 861393 or (+44)07545982519 within 7 days of purchase or if goods have been delivered in a damaged condition, this must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery in order for us to replace your product(s) free of charge. If faulty, your purchase will either be replaced, or a full refund will be given.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with the original packing intact, for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In this instance we recommend that goods are sent either Recorded Delivery or with a proof of postage.
Payment can be made on-line using all Major Credit /Debit cards or directly through Paypal. Cheques are also accepted, please make payable to: Spoilt Rotten Gifts (Goods paid for by cheque will only be sent once the cheque has cleared). Cancellations must be made by phone within 24 hours of placing an order. If it is not possible to prevent your order from being dispatched you can return the product in line with our returns policy.
We reserve the right to cancel items ordered or an entire order for any reason whatsoever and will refund the full price paid for each cancelled item. In such circumstances we will endeavor to contact you without delay to explain why a cancellation was necessary.
